ARTICLE 5 - Livraisons (english version below)
En France métropolitaine, les Produits commandés par le Client seront livrés par Poste Colissimo ou Chronopost, à l'adresse mentionnée par le Client lors de la commande et à laquelle le transporteur pourra facilement accéder ou en point Relais Colissimo, dans un délai de 48 à 72H (jours ouvrés) par La Poste et 24H (jours ouvrés) par Chronopost à compter de l'expédition de la commande.
Le Vendeur s'engage à faire ses meilleurs efforts pour livrer les produits commandés par le Client dans les délais ci-dessus précisés. Si les Produits commandés n'ont pas été livrés dans les délais, pour toute autre cause que la force majeure ou le fait du Client, la vente pourra être résolue à la demande écrite du Client dans les conditions prévues aux articles L 138-2 et L 138-3 du Code de la consommation. Les sommes versées par le Client lui seront alors restituées au plus tard dans les quatorze jours qui suivent la date de dénonciation du contrat, à l'exclusion de toute indemnisation ou retenue.
Les frais de port sont offerts par le vendeur à partir de 100€ d'achat. En dessous de cette somme, une participation de 9€ est demandée au Client pour une livraison à son domicile ou sur son lieu de travail, 6€ pour une livraison en point Relais Colissimo et 15€ pour une livraison par Chronopost.
- Pour Les autres pays, les produits commandés par le Client seront livrés par La Poste en colissimo international à l'adresse mentionnée par le Client lors de la commande. Délais de livraison indicatifs de 5 à 14 jours ouvrés, selon la destination.
Les frais de port sont offerts par le vendeur à partir de 250€ d'achat. En dessous de cette somme, les frais de transport seront calculés selon le pays de destination.
La livraison est constituée par le transfert au Client de la possession physique ou du contrôle du Produit.
Sauf cas particulier ou indisponibilité d'un ou plusieurs Produits, les Produits commandés seront livrés en une seule fois.

In mainland France, the Products ordered by the Customer will be delivered by Poste Colissimo or Chronopost, to the address mentioned by the Customer during the order and to which the carrier can easily access, or to a Colissimo Relay point, within a timeframe of 48 to 72 hours (working days) by La Poste and 24 hours (working days) by Chronopost from the dispatch of the order.
The Seller commits to making their best efforts to deliver the products ordered by the Customer within the above-mentioned timeframes. If the ordered Products have not been delivered on time, for any reason other than force majeure or the act of the Customer, the sale may be resolved at the written request of the Customer under the conditions provided in articles L 138-2 and L 138-3 of the Consumer Code. The sums paid by the Customer will then be refunded no later than fourteen days following the date of termination of the contract, excluding any compensation or withholding.
Shipping costs are offered by the seller for purchases over 100€. Below this amount, a contribution of 9€ is requested from the Customer for delivery to their home or workplace, 6€ for delivery to a Colissimo Relay point, and 15€ for delivery by Chronopost.
- For other countries, the products ordered by the Customer will be delivered by La Poste in international colissimo to the address mentioned by the Customer during the order. Indicative delivery times of 5 to 14 working days, depending on the destination.
Shipping costs are offered by the seller for purchases over 250€. Below this amount, transportation costs will be calculated according to the country of destination.
Delivery is constituted by the transfer to the Customer of physical possession or control of the Product.
Except in special cases or unavailability of one or more Products, the ordered Products will be delivered in a single shipment.
